Jovan has been a member of Reri team since 2023, where he analyzes the procedures for the development and adoption of spatial and urban plans, the content of technical documentation for the needs of construction of buildings, as well as SEA and EIA documentation.

Jovan graduated from master academic studies at the Faculty of Geography of the University of Belgrade, department of Spatial planning.
After completing his studies, he worked in a public institution, where he gained experience on drafting spatial and urban plans, as well as the pocedures od issuing building permits and building legalization.
