Administrative procedures and disputes, operational permits and approvals, construction permits, inspections surveillance<\/p>\n

Quantity must necessarily be based on quality, and RERI insists on legal excellence, strength of evidence and proven facts as essential elements of a well-prepared case.<\/p>\n

Bearing in mind the increasingly widespread trend of illegal construction and implementation of projects based on incomplete and\/or invalid documentation, RERI initiates administrative procedures before the competent administrative authorities, and in order to examine the legality of construction and usage permits submits regular legal remedies \u2013 appeals, as well as extraordinary legal remedies \u2013 requests to cancel the decision, as well as requests to repeat the procedure.<\/p>\n

Also, in situations where it is necessary to take urgent measures in order to prevent or eliminate immediate danger to the environment, nature, as well as human health, RERI focuses in particular on the initiation of extraordinary inspection supervision procedures, in situations where certain activities of legal entities pose a danger to the environment, contrary to positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia.<\/p>\n
