{"id":11719,"date":"2019-04-17T09:27:39","date_gmt":"2019-04-17T09:27:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reri.org.rs\/new-appeals-to-the-competent-authorities-and-lawsuits-filed-against-the-cable-car-construction-project\/"},"modified":"2023-05-20T10:01:51","modified_gmt":"2023-05-20T10:01:51","slug":"new-appeals-to-the-competent-authorities-and-lawsuits-filed-against-the-cable-car-construction-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reri.org.rs\/en\/new-appeals-to-the-competent-authorities-and-lawsuits-filed-against-the-cable-car-construction-project\/","title":{"rendered":"New Appeals to the Competent Authorities and Lawsuits Filed against the Cable Car Construction Project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Lawsuits and new requests to the\ncompetent authorities in order to call into question the project of Kalemegdan-U\u0161\u0107e\ncable car construction and to suspend it were filed today, as it has been reported\nby professional initiatives and cultural heritage and environment protection\nassociations. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In view of the issuing of the construction\npermit and authorizing the commencement of the cable car construction works,\nthe Renewables and Environmental Regulatory Institute has filed a lawsuit before\nthe Administrative Court today, calling for an annulment of the construction\npermit.
