The third Academy \u201cKnowledge for the Environment\u201d has been successfully completed. Through two modules held in Belgrade and Vr\u0161ac, 20 students and young professionals had the opportunity to gain knowledge about access to information of public importance, the spatial and urban planning system, as well as preventive measures for environmental protection in plans and projects. Special attention was given to topics such as the energy transition, air quality protection in Serbia, and the management of air quality data.\r\n<\/p>\n\n

During the program, participants also gained practical experience by attending public sessions, developing skills to address concrete environmental challenges, and working on solutions in four thematic areas, which they presented at the end of the program.\r\n<\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

Through multidisciplinary collaboration, participants connected their ideas and approaches, strengthening their capacities for future projects, initiatives, and continued work in environmental protection.\r\n<\/p>\n\n

A particularly significant part of the program was the lecture and field walk in the Vr\u0161a\u010dke Mountains with local guide Dragan Lazarevi\u0107, who introduced participants to the challenges that Vr\u0161ac residents face daily in the field of environmental protection.\r\n<\/p>\n\n

The event was organized as part of the project \u201cTowards the Green and Resilient 2030 \u2013 Civil Society Contributes to Achievement of the Green Agenda Goals,\u201d implemented by RERI with the support of the European Union.\r\n<\/p>\n\n
